In every position he's held, Capriotti has proven to be a strategic thinker and respected leader. His impressive journey in the real estate industry began as a sales associate, leading to roles as branch manager, regional sales manager, executive vice president and eventually President and CEO.

At the largest independent real estate company in California, Joe oversaw 22 sales managers and 1600 sales associates achieving over 10,500 transactions and $8.5 billion in annual sales. His strategic integration of mortgage, title, and escrow partners was key to this success.

Capriotti was also the National President of Stuart Default Services Commercial Division and commands a high level of knowledge in the Title and Default space.

Deal Operations Specialist

Relocated from Palm Springs to join Coldwell Banker Realty May of 2010.  I am the Deal Operations Specialist and pride myself in customer service and currently carry the role of liaison between the Sales Agents and the applicable Service Centers. I am the main point of contact for “everything” in the office, assisting agents with questions, general office procedures, and ensuring that all paperwork is processed to the Service Centers.  My responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the branch office and providing exceptional customer service to all agents. This includes, but is not limited to, responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation for proper placement in the system. Enter information, upload documents and photos into local MLS.  Create and manage transactions in operating systems.  Send communication to Sales Associates regarding compliance.  Work with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Agent Services staff, to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors.  Provide customer support for all our agents and support staff at our branches.  Additional duties as required by business need. Including data entry, handling checks, scanning documents, following up with agents or staff when there are missing items or changes and ordering supplies.  Reviewing vendor invoices for payment.   This requires data entry and attention to detail as it may be tasked with updating AR accounts for our agents.  Reception responsibilities are to provide warm and welcoming environment for visitors and callers alike. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, and directing callers to the appropriate destination, checking, and responding to voicemails as needed, welcoming on-site visitors and processing mail to appropriate personnel. Other responsibilities include manage and maintaining physical office space.  Organize office events and manage the office calendar.  Provide back up support as needed when other staff members are out of offices throughout the region.  Attend required webinars and conference calls to remain current with business trends and requirements.  Enjoy everything about our office culture that my plan is to stay with Coldwell Banker Realty for as long as Coldwell Banker Realty will have me.

Connor Keith

 

San Diego Field Marketing Specialist

Connor is a Field Marketing Specialist based in North County San Diego, covering the La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad offices. He began his career with Coldwell Banker Realty in Monterey in 2020, then returned to his hometown of San Diego in 2021, joining the Encinitas office.

In 2023, Connor earned his real estate license, and by 2024, he was working full-time as both an agent and agent assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real estate marketing and transactions. In 2025, he returned to Coldwell Banker as an employee to deepen his expertise in real estate marketing, leveraging his dual background in marketing and sales.

Regional Support Specialist

Rosalie has worked for real estate brokerages for about 10 years.  She has worked as an Office Assistant all the way up to Director of Operations.

Her experience has help her understand agents and their needs.  She appreciates each agents individual styles and tries to embellish that in there marketing.

Rosalie also goes over and beyond when needed to help agents and the office.  No job is too small or too large for her.

Kelly transferred to the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Encinitas from Dana Point, one of the highest producing CB offices in Orange County, CA. Kelly has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2019 and has proven herself to be an incredible asset to the Encinitas office. She boasts a background in digital marketing, print marketing, social media, and office management. Kelly is continually nurturing the growth of business for the Encinitas branch by educating us on the latest marketing tools and powers Coldwell Banker Realty has to offer.
