In every position he's held, Capriotti has proven to be a strategic thinker and respected leader. His impressive journey in the real estate industry began as a sales associate, leading to roles as branch manager, regional sales manager, executive vice president and eventually President and CEO.

At the largest independent real estate company in California, Joe oversaw 22 sales managers and 1600 sales associates achieving over 10,500 transactions and $8.5 billion in annual sales. His strategic integration of mortgage, title, and escrow partners was key to this success.

Deal Operations Specialist

Relocated from Palm Springs to join Coldwell Banker Realty May of 2010.  I am the Deal Operations Specialist and pride myself in customer service and currently carry the role of liaison between the Sales Agents and the applicable Service Centers. I am the main point of contact for “everything” in the office, assisting agents with questions, general office procedures, and ensuring that all paperwork is processed to the Service Centers.  My responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the branch office and providing exceptional customer service to all agents. This includes, but is not limited to, responsible for reviewing and auditing documentation for proper placement in the system. Enter information, upload documents and photos into local MLS.  Create and manage transactions in operating systems.  Send communication to Sales Associates regarding compliance.  Work with the branch office administrative staff, as well as Agent Services staff, to ensure data accuracy and compliance to prevent errors.  Provide customer support for all our agents and support staff at our branches.  Additional duties as required by business need. Including data entry, handling checks, scanning documents, following up with agents or staff when there are missing items or changes and ordering supplies.  Reviewing vendor invoices for payment.   This requires data entry and attention to detail as it may be tasked with updating AR accounts for our agents.  Reception responsibilities are to provide warm and welcoming environment for visitors and callers alike. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, and directing callers to the appropriate destination, checking, and responding to voicemails as needed, welcoming on-site visitors and processing mail to appropriate personnel. Other responsibilities include manage and maintaining physical office space.  Organize office events and manage the office calendar.  Provide back up support as needed when other staff members are out of offices throughout the region.  Attend required webinars and conference calls to remain current with business trends and requirements.  Enjoy everything about our office culture that my plan is to stay with Coldwell Banker Realty for as long as Coldwell Banker Realty will have me.

ROSALIE HUNTLEY

 

Regional Support Specialist

Rosalie has worked for real estate brokerages for about 10 years.  She has worked as an Office Assistant all the way up to Director of Operations.

Her experience has help her understand agents and their needs.  She appreciates each agents individual styles and tries to embellish that in there marketing.

Rosalie also goes over and beyond when needed to help agents and the office.  No job is too small or too large for her.

Jesie Perez is a seasoned Field Marketing Specialist with over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, currently thriving at Coldwell Banker Realty since April 2016. Jesie began his career as an Administrative Assistant in Carmel Valley, immersed in customer service and gaining a profound understanding of client needs and preferences. This foundation allowed him to seamlessly transition into supporting Sales Associates, where he tailored solutions—from print materials to social media campaigns—to align with their goals.

In 2019, Jesie advanced to the role of Sales Support Administrator in Encinitas. During this time, he built strong working relationships with agents, demonstrating the value of Coldwell Banker’s core marketing tools. He provided solutions to technical problems, strategized with agents on personalized marketing plans, and supported the Branch Manager with maintaining office promotional items, organizing sales meetings, and managing light social media marketing.

Since 2021, Jesie has been excelling as a Field Marketing Specialist for the San Diego region. In this capacity, he manages custom design projects through Coldwell Banker’s exclusive design platform, conducts national workshops to ensure agents gain new insights and practical knowledge, and delivers white-glove service to agents and clients. His efforts promote support to teams and assist with technology and operational questions.

He stays ahead of the curve by consistently updating his knowledge of the latest marketing and social media trends. Originally from Chicago, I moved to San Diego in 2021 and have been immersed in the real estate marketing industry since graduating college in 2020. My career began at a real estate marketing company, where I collaborated with top-producing agents to enhance their brand through digital marketing strategies.

In 2022, I joined Coldwell Banker Realty, where I have become an expert in utilizing Coldwell Banker's proprietary marketing tools. My role involves educating agents on how our cutting-edge technology can elevate their business and provide exceptional service to their clients. While I specialize in digital marketing, I am also adept at creating impactful print marketing campaigns.
